These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and salt baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all products and services available at https://salt-baji.com and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Website").

By accessing the Website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by salt baji, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation;
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities;
• You are accessing the Website voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the Platform;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to open and maintain a salt baji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Age Verification (KYC)

salt baji applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts prior to processing a first withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid government-issued identity document. For players based in Bangladesh, the primary accepted document is your National Identity Card (NID). salt baji may also request supporting documents such as a passport, driver's licence, or utility bill for address verification purposes.

KYC verification is typically completed within a few business hours of document submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. salt baji will never ask you to disclose your password — by phone, email, or live chat. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application;
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings;
• Notify salt baji support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account fully when using a shared or public device.

salt baji accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If unauthorised access is reported promptly and supported by evidence, salt baji will investigate and take reasonable steps to restore account integrity, including a temporary account freeze pending investigation.

Accurate Information Obligation

You must ensure that all information held on your salt baji account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or payment wallet — you must update your account information promptly via the account settings page or by contacting support. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

All financial transactions on the salt baji Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). salt baji does not accept transactions in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied — the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your account balance, and the amount you withdraw is the amount received in your registered mobile wallet, subject to the applicable minimum and maximum limits.

Supported Payment Methods

salt baji currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within 5–15 minutes;
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within 5–15 minutes;
• Rocket — Minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within 15–30 minutes;
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within 15–30 minutes.

Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your salt baji account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. salt baji does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges — please refer to your provider's terms for details. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment account registered in your own name and that you are the sole rightful owner of those funds.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and mobile wallet number used for your most recent deposit. This same-source withdrawal policy is a permanent anti-fraud measure and cannot be overridden. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC identity verification (required for all first-time withdrawals);
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 per transaction;
• No active pending bonus wagering requirements that would lock the relevant portion of your balance;
• No open investigation or security review on the account.

salt baji processes withdrawal requests during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day. In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to system maintenance, payment provider outages, or compliance reviews — processing times may be extended. salt baji will communicate any delays to the affected user via their registered mobile number or email address.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the salt baji Platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games. Specific game-level rules are displayed within each game's interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on salt baji are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be changed or cancelled except where salt baji expressly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market. Pre-match and in-play odds are updated in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmation are the final odds applied to the wager.

• Minimum single bet stake: ৳50;
• Maximum bet stake: displayed per market and may vary by event, sport, and account history;
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook;
• Live betting markets for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals) update within seconds of real-world events — latency-related disputes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the salt baji trading team.

Casino Games

All casino games available on salt baji are supplied by independent, licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage and rules are set by the respective provider and are independently audited. salt baji does not alter game logic, RTP settings, or outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session — including disconnection, browser crash, or server error — unsettled game rounds will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. Where a game round cannot be definitively resolved, salt baji may void the round and return the relevant stake to the player's account balance.

Void Bets & Errors

salt baji reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect pricing, or a technical fault — has materially affected the outcome. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would have recognised at the time the bet was placed. salt baji will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct such errors promptly and will communicate outcomes to affected users without undue delay.

salt baji periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, tournament prizes, and seasonal offers to eligible registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games or markets. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the specific promotion terms — unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated period;
• All bonuses and promotional offers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) — no currency conversion applies;
• salt baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion with 48 hours' notice to affected users, except where immediate withdrawal is required to prevent fraud or abuse.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the salt baji bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting a bonus in combination with low-risk betting strategies that do not reflect genuine gameplay — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, salt baji reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the relevant account without notice.

In order to maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the salt baji Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below — or facilitating others in doing so — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a false or third-party identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with salt baji;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds movements, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform — any such discovery must be reported to salt baji support immediately;
• Using the Platform to launder funds or to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing or encouraging any person under the age of 18 to access or use your salt baji account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward salt baji staff or other users via any communication channel.

salt baji employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts regular manual reviews of account activity. If your account is flagged by these systems, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation. Failure to cooperate with a compliance review within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending resolution.

salt baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder or their payment provider;
• Underage access or use of the account by a person under 18;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

Voluntary Closure

You may close your salt baji account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, salt baji will process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method before deactivating the account. Account closure does not affect any obligation that arose prior to the closure date — including outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling for a period of time due to concerns about your gaming habits, salt baji offers a formal self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion can be requested for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suspended, and you will not be able to deposit or place bets. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, enforced, or via self-exclusion — salt baji will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and our internal data retention policy, as described in the Privacy Policy. Retained data will not be used for marketing purposes after closure. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive closure — including dispute resolution, liability limitations, and anti-fraud clauses — shall continue to apply after account closure.
